Drink Up– We all know proper hydration has many benefits. Keep a water bottle on your desk and monitor how your water intake increases.
Walk it Out– There are many ways to increase the number of steps you take during your work day: take a walk to the water cooler, take the stairs or take a walk around the block on your lunch hour.
Leave it Behind– At the end of the day separate your work from the rest of your evening. Take the time to focus on family, friends and yourself to maintain a balance between work and life. Find what makes your day complete whether it is dinner with the family, making the time to exercise, a round of golf, or taking a moment to relax.
